"During the recent build of our new home, Colonial Homes could not be more professional.
Ron Girardot, the salesperson at the model home, helped us in choosing the style of home we wanted for the cost we could afford. Larry, Joyce, Chad, and Nate Delagrange patiently helped us in each of their specialties through the actual construction. Then when our home was nearing completion, John Hoffman’s attention to detail was wonderful. He took the time for all the details to make our home complete.
Having had bad experiences with other builders in the past, it was a relief when this construction progressed pleasantly. No build is completely trouble free, but if a problem came up they were ready to fix it, or find a solution for it.
Home construction is also a constant decision-making process and they provided us with various options to consider and were patient with all our phone calls. They also completed the construction in a timely manner. This was a relief, considering we had a time element to meet in moving. Any issues that popped up after we moved in were also dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.
Colonial Homes helped us build a beautiful quality home within our budget. We highly recommend them. "
