Nate Delagrange: President of the Home Builders Association of Fort Wayne
Nate Delagrange, Vice President and co-owner of Colonial Homes, was elected president of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Fort Wayne earlier this year.
His leadership reflects not only his personal commitment to the building industry but also the longstanding dedication of the Delagrange family to excellence in homebuilding.
Colonial Homes sets the bar with its high standards of quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. Nate’s election by fellow builders speaks to his industry expertise, credibility, and respected leadership within the building community. This milestone is also deeply personal: Nate steps into a role once held by his uncle, Herb Delagrange, and continues a tradition of service also upheld by Chad Delagrange, current President of Colonial Homes and a former HBA board member.
This year's Town and Country New Home Tour was a celebration of the high standards in home building in the Greater Fort Wayne area.
